Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 12nn. This is to allow time for us to clean and disinfect the rooms properly. You may check-in earlier or later with a fee per hour depending on your room. Extensions exceeding 4 hours will be charged regular room rate. Let us know at least 2 hours in advance if you want to request for extension or late check-out. This will still be subject for approval depending on the availability of the room.

Yes, we require a 1,000php security deposit per room upon check-in. Full amount will be returned once the check-out is cleared.

In the booking form, you will need to choose your mode of payment. Invoice and account details will be sent via e-mail. We require full payment for you to book your preferred dates. Please be advised that unless paid, your booking date will still be open to other guests. Deposit slip or screenshot of proof of payment should be sent to us via e-mail or Facebook.

If cancellation is received at least three (3) days before date of reservation and for any events beyond the reasonable control not limited to “Acts of God”, including earthquake, typhoon, and the likes of.

• We do not give refunds, however, we will allow a one (1) time chance to rebook the date, which must be done within two (2) weeks of the request, subject to additional charges based on the current season rate. The higher rate will apply. No set date within two (2) weeks forfeits rebooking. 

• No refund and no re-booking for rebooked dates, regardless of time and reason of cancellation request.

For the apartment, yes you are allowed to cook and bring your own food but alcoholic drinks and sodas will require a corkage fee 

For the rest of the rooms, bringing of food and drinks will require a corkage fee. 

For day tour or night swimming guests, bringing of food is free but alcoholic drinks and sodas will require a corkage fee. 

Appliances with high electric consumption will be charged as well (such as electric grill, electric stove, clothing iron, karaoke machine, portable water heater, etc.)

You may purchase food and drinks at our restaurant.

Grilling in designated areas is allowed but cooking is NOT, except for the apartment.

Smoking/vaping is highly discouraged. But if the need arises, we allow ONLY at our designated area.

We like to keep the resort clean and family/kid friendly. Smoking/vaping anywhere outside the designated area is NOT allowed and will be charged a fee of at least 500php per person per area, depending on the damages.

For fun and personal use, yes you may (on designated areas only, since there are private areas at the resort).

For commercial or professional use, we allow it but with a minimal fee. Please send us a message directly regarding this inquiry.

• Much like why showers are an important part of your PRE-swim routine, by wearing a swimsuit, you reduce the risk of contaminating the pool with waterborne illness and contaminants.
• Cotton and some other materials can hold detergents, germs, and bacteria in them and can cause swimmers to get sick. It will also affect the water chemistry and clarity.
• Cotton t-shirts can also tend to fit tight to the body which can increase your risk of underwater entrapment.
• Cotton breaks down in the water, which clogs the pool filter system.
• Certain dyed materials can also release some of the dye into the pool water, causing poor water clarity and water balance.
